Rules
1. No nominations or entries accepted without proper fees & copy of registration papers or application to register form enclosed.
2. All horses must be Manitoba raised
3. All breeds eligible, all sex's eligible, all horses must be registered
4. All nominations of foals must be post marked no later than Dec. 31st calendar year.
5. A nomination fee of $50.00 will be due by Dec. 31st calendar year ...
6. All entries must be post marked no later than May 15th. ($50. Fee to be included)
7. Copy of registration paper to be postmarked no later than May 15th if not already done.
8. Only nominated horses may enter.
9. Yearlings will be shown on halter only.
10. 2 year olds will have a three part class, halter, obstacle cart, and show cart.
11. Placings will be determined by an accumulation of points from all 3 classes.
12. 40 % of nomination fee go to yearling purse.
13. 40 % of nomination fee go to two year old purse.
14. 20 % of nomination fee goes to MPBC for administration.
15. 100 % of entry fee goes to purse for class entered.
16. Purse payout will be a total of 40 % from nomination fee and 100 % of entry fee for class entered, (plus host site inputs, sponsorships if applicable).
17. There will be 10 placings at the futurity show.
18. Tentatively NAERIC approved.
19. Nominations, entries & payouts all handled by the Manitoba Percheron Belgian Club.
20. All payouts will be paid to owner of horse as recorded on entry form.
20. Horse can be nominated or entered by any owner as long as all rules are met.
21. Multiple nominations and entries are gladly accepted, enclose all applicable info.
22. Entry substitutions will be accepted, substitute must be previously nominated, a $50. fee applies.
23. Any disputes will be dealt with at the discretion of the MDHF committee

The Manitoba Pennwoods Draft Horse Futurity will be held on August 19 & 20, 2006 in conjunction with the Virden Indoor Rodeo and Wild West Daze, Virden, Manitoba.
